We will work with you, help you plan, suggest ideas, cater and manage your event on the day. Our team of professional staff will be on hand to make sure that everything goes to plan here are just a few example menus we have many more menu ideas , just ask! starters................. indonesian style chicken skewered with lemon grass marinated with sesame, honey , lime and coriander and lemon grass served on a crisp fresh salad king prawn and lobster cocktail served in a martini glass homemade poached salmon and dill mousse, king prawns and smoked salmon curls served with fresh breads spicy coconut and butternut squash soup with fresh coriander and warm breads
mains....................... supreme of chicken wrapped in pancetta with a cream and tarragon sauce, baby roast potatoes and fresh vegetables sage crusted rack of lamb, red wine jus, wild mushrooms and baby vegetables trio of fine sausages with cheddar and dijon mash, crispy fried onions, gravy and wilted spring greens fillet of cod with thai yellow curry, king prawns, bamboo, kaffir lime, coriander and extra fine beans served with thai fragrant and crisp thai salad
