“I can't tell you how thrilled ............were with your WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS food. Everyone was raving about it from the yummy canapés, via the super Thai curries, to the fruit platters. Lots of people said to me how very nice it was to have exotic and refreshing fruit, and to be able just to 'pick at it'. I managed to cram an awful lot in, despite the fact that I could hardly eat for excitement! ........................

I imagine you are very proud of your staff....................................very efficient and attentive.........................You all looked after us beautifully, as I knew you would from the second I met you - and it was marvellous to be able to completely relax and know that every wish was being catered for. I only wish there was another momentous occasion to celebrate ................We need one of the children to get married!

As you know this is the first time we’ve hosted a party in the office building and therefore needed to try and make it as special as possible. From everyone at PfS I would like to say a special thank you to your chef who provided a fantastic array of canapés and delicious box food and to your serving staff who kept us all very well fed and watered. We are now back in Barbados and feeling terrible that we haven't written as yet to say thank you so much for the truly superb job you did catering our wedding reception on the 16th. The tables looked stunning and EVERYONE commented on how delicious the food was - Mike had 3 bowls of the soup and his eyes grew to the size of saucers when he saw the main (and to plates when he saw the dessert!). I only regret that we cannot do the wedding again without me being the bride so that I had more of an appetite! Please also thank your staff, who were very courteous and helpful, and your contact for the superb wedding cake - it looked amazing and tasted even better!

The event included cooking on site (in a very small kitchen!) for a hot buffet and providing hot and cold finger food and waitress service.

The reception was held at Eurasia's offices for clients of this oil company visiting from all over the world and there were approx. 80 guests.

Amaze in Taste catered for our cocktail party in February of this year. Drinks were organised along with finger food on trays and a small buffet. The food was excellent, very fresh and all hot dishes were cooked on site. All staff were professional and well organised, we were impressed at how efficiently and quickly they cleared everything away after the party ended. Having worked in the hotel industry myself for 5 years I understand the pressures and need for accuracy and good preparation, they managed this extremley well. I will definitely be using Amaze in Taste again in the future for other functions we have.

We have had a couple of requests for references for prospective clients, based on recent functions we have catered for, and I was wondering if we could persuade you to write a few kind words that we could pass on, when you a have moment or two. Would be much appreciated!

We used Amaze In Taste at our office launch party on 13 February. We had approximately 150 people and chose to have a combination of hot, cold and sweet canapes. We supplied all of the drink and had waiters from Amaze In Taste to serve them, both circulating with trays and from a bar. The food was mainly handed round by the waiting staff. We also had a Doorman and a Cloakroom person to help the event run smoothly.

Overall, I am delighted to say that I was very impressed with everything that Amaze In Taste did for us. Simon could not have been more helpful and professional in the build up to the event and having him there on the night to ensure everything ran according to plan was great. The food was superb and my guests commented on it during the evening.

I felt completely relaxed about the entire catering for the event and looking back I cannot think of anything that I would have changed. We may have had a couple of staff extra than we needed, but as we did not know the exact number of guests who would come (and how long they would stay!) it was useful to have a little bit of contingency with the staff levels. It also meant that they were able to help keep the areas clean (eg remove dirty glasses and wash them up, clean ashtrays, clear away plates etc) and the final clean up the next day was made much easier.

I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Amaze In Taste and when we have an event in the future where we require outside catering I will certainly be giving Simon a call.
