| Terms and Conditions - please read these before you place an order These terms and conditions regulate the agreement between ‘amaze in taste’ and it’s ‘clients’. ‘Amaze in Taste’ means ‘Amaze in Taste and its owners’. ‘Client’ means the name of the person or business shown on the quote or any person acting on their behalf. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client on signing a copy of the last page of the quote provided by amaze in taste to its client or by the payment of a deposit to amaze in taste in respect of the event to which the quote relates. paper plates and napkins are available free with any order upon request! all platters are supplied free of charge but are returnable. we are happy to discuss credit terms however unless credit terms are agreed prior to delivery, payment will be by cash, bank transfer or cheque in advance of delivery. Credit Cards not accepted. where credit terms have been agreed payment will be due within 28 days of the event date. interest of 2% above base will be charged on all accounts not settled within this 28 day period. all prices quoted exclude are based on orders for 15 people and above and exclude VAT at 17.5 %. orders for food delivered boxed and not ready to serve will not be subject to VAT. All food delivered hot or presented and ready to serve will be subject to VAT. all food is freshly prepared and subject to market availability. the utmost effort will be made to ensure that what is ordered is supplied however since we are dealing with fresh produce we reserve the right to make slight variations and supply appropriate alternatives. minimum order value £120+VAT. Due to the recent introduction of the congestion charge and increased fuel and parking costs delivery charges apply - minimum charge £15+VAT. equipment hire may be subject to delivery and collection charges unless otherwise specified. Breakages will be charged at replacement cost. staff hire is for a minimum of 4 hours per member of staff. hours worked over and above the normal working day (8hrs) will be charged at time and half. also hours worked between midnight and dawn will also be charged at time and half. Sunday hours are charged at time and half in most cases. Where waiting staff are provided to work under the client's supervision please note that from the time that the waiting staff arrives at the booking, the waiting staff is deemed to be under the supervision, direction and control of the client and that the client agrees to take total responsibility for all acts, errors or omissions of the waiting staff whether willful, negligent or or otherwise. amaze in taste and its owners cannot accept liability for any loss, damage caused by the waiting staff or any dishonesty, negligence, misconduct or lack of skill whilst the waiting staff is under the supervision of the client. All bookings will be treated as provisional until a signed copy of the booking confirmation/quote along with a deposit/advance payment have been received by amaze in taste. A deposit/advance payment/booking confirmation of approx 40% of the total order value will apply to all orders. This deposit is not fully refundable. Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 weeks of the proposed event will result in loss of deposit/advance payment in full. For orders cancelled with more than 6 weeks notice any deposit paid will be returned in full less an administration charge of £250 minimum. amaze in taste will make every effort to deliver on or before the agreed delivery time whenever possible. however amaze in taste cannot be held responsible for late delivery owing to exceptional traffic difficulties. we hope you will understand. thank you. please advise of any parking/unloading difficulties in advance. thank you
